Velocity Construction Services, Inc. provides construction services to homeowners associations and property managers throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Services performed include: reconstruction, repairs & maintenance, dry rot repairs, seismic upgrading, deck & siding repairs, painting, electrical, and many other construction services.

The word “Velocity” is defined as speed in a given direction.  At Velocity Construction Services, our experience allows us to quickly define the direction of any given project.  Our dedicated employees provide the speed to get it done.  We work at high velocity, providing high speed and high quality work at all times.

Qualifications

We hold an A & B contractor’s license.  This gives us general building and engineering qualifications to complete a variety of specialized jobs.

We also hold a C-10 electrical license and perform everything from electrical maintenance to complete lighting upgrade projects.
